How do I make a payment?

Pay your bill online by phone or by mail. We offer a variety of ways to pay your account balance. Typically payments are due for account balances from deductibles, services rendered that are out of network and payments plans set up individually with the clinic. Please contact us if you have questions related to your patient account or need to set up a payment plan.

  • Payments can be made by mailing the detachable stub from your billing statement to the “remit to” address. If you choose to use a credit card, space is provided on the stub for the information. We accept all major cards!
  • We do accept payments with CareCredit but over the phone only. Please call us to make a payment.

Please note:

  • Make sure to include the patient’s name & date of birth where the payment is being applied.
  • Payments are automatically applied to the oldest balance.
  • It will take 3-5 days for account balances to be updated
