Required examinations:
Physical Examination: To determine if there are any physical or mental disorders with associated harmful behavior.
Tuberculosis (TB) Screening: A blood test (interferon gamma release assay or IGRA) is required for individuals aged 2 and older.
Please note: a chest X-ray may be required if the TB test is positive.
Syphilis Test: Required for individuals aged 15 and older. A blood test (RPR or VDRL) is typically used.
If the lab test is reactive then you will require additional testing. There are a variety of reasons that a person can have a reactive laboratory result.
Please understand our results are handled by a 3rd party independent lab.
Gonorrhea Test: Required for individuals aged 15 and older.
